How it works

Measure. Interpret. Decide together.

Longevity medicine done well is unglamorous: good data, read carefully, turned into a plan you can live with.

1

Comprehensive intake

It starts before you arrive — the most detailed medical, lifestyle, and family history most patients have ever completed, so your clinic day is spent on you, not paperwork.

2

Evaluation day

Visit the clinic for a full day of advanced labs, genomic screening, and understanding about how your body is actually functioning today.

3

Physician interpretation

Your physician and care team reads the full picture and explains what it means in plain language: what to watch, what to act on.

4

Your roadmap

Your full team — physician, exercise physiologist, dietitian, therapist — sits down together and builds one written, prioritized plan, then helps you execute it as your numbers and your life change.

A consultation at Aeternitas
The consultation

A conversation, not a sales call.

Before anything else, we talk. Fifteen minutes to understand what you are hoping to change, answer your questions, and decide together whether this is the right fit. No pressure. If it isn’t right for you, we will say so.

The standard we hold

If it cannot be measured, explained, or justified, it does not belong in your plan.

Evidence · Precision · Results

What we work on

Five levers, applied deliberately.

Your evaluation shows where you stand. These are the tools we use to change it — each one measurable, each one adjusted as your numbers move.

Exercise

Strength, aerobic capacity, and stability — programmed to your testing and progressed deliberately, not guessed.

Nutrition

Biochemistry, not ideology. Built from your labs and body composition into a way of eating you can sustain.

Pharmacotherapy

Medication where the evidence supports it — a tool for reducing risk, prescribed judiciously and reviewed often.

Sleep and recovery

Sleep & recovery

The foundation most plans skip — measured, understood, and built back first.

Mental health & behavior

Stress, habits, and follow-through — the lever that makes every other lever hold.

Your care team

Who builds your plan.

Your plan is written by a physician — and carried out alongside the specialists who make it work day to day.

Physician

Your health plan

Leads your care: orders and interprets your testing, writes your plan, and follows it with you over time.

Exercise physiologist

Your training

Turns the plan’s targets into a program built around your body, your history, and your schedule.

Dietitian

Your nutrition

Translates your labs and goals into a way of eating that holds up in real life.

Therapist

Your follow-through

Support for stress, habits, and the patterns that shape your health — because lasting change is human work.

Common questions

The things people ask first.

What does membership cost?
Membership is annual, in three tiers: Foundation at $8,000, Momentum at $18,000, and Legacy at $28,000 per year. Every tier includes the full intake, the evaluation day, and a complete plan across all five levers — tiers differ in diagnostic depth and how much clinician time is included. Your consultation is where we help you decide which fits.
Does insurance cover this?
Aeternitas is a direct membership practice and is not billed through insurance. Membership is structured in tiers; we walk you through what fits during your consultation, before you commit to anything.
How is this different from my primary care?
Time and depth. A small panel means longer visits, direct access to your physician, and a focus on prevention and long-term health rather than a fifteen-minute appointment for whatever is wrong today.
Do I give up my current doctors?
No. We work alongside your existing specialists and coordinate with them. Aeternitas is additive to your care, not a replacement for it.
Where are you located?
Charlotte, North Carolina. Your consultation can be held by phone or video, whichever is easier for you.
